Terms of Service

Welcome. By using newengland-drycleaners.com or dropping off service with New England Dry Cleaners, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them short and plain.

Service availability

Our shop hours are Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Same-day service is available on weekdays for orders dropped off by 10:00 AM, subject to volume and the nature of the work. Specialty work (wedding gowns, leather and suede, large household items) typically takes longer; we'll give you a firm ready time when you drop off.

Drop-off and pickup

All orders are dropped off and picked up in person at our shop at 20 Elm Street, North Attleboro. We welcome customers from across the area (North Attleboro, Attleboro, Plainville, Mansfield, Wrentham, Norton, and Foxboro). We do not offer pickup or delivery; everything is cleaned on-site and ready for you to collect.

Garments and inspections

We inspect every garment at intake and again before bagging. We communicate up front about any pre-existing damage, missing buttons, weak seams, or stains we believe may not fully release. By leaving garments with us, you agree that we're cleaning them based on the care label, or when the label is missing or incorrect, our best professional judgment.

Liability

We take pride in the quality and safety of our work. In the rare event of damage or loss caused by us, our liability is limited to the depreciated replacement value of the garment, consistent with industry standards. We don't accept responsibility for items left unclaimed for more than 90 days; we'll make reasonable efforts to contact you before anything is donated or disposed of.

Payment

Payment is due at pickup, unless we've arranged an invoice schedule for business or recurring customers. We accept cash, credit card, and debit card.

Discounts and promotions

New-customer discounts (such as 10% off your first order) apply to one visit and exclude wedding gown preservation, leather/suede work, and certain household items. Mention the offer when you drop off.

Website use

All content on this site (text, images, design) belongs to New England Dry Cleaners or is used with permission. Please don't copy or redistribute it without asking.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects when we last revised the page.
