A great garment deserves to keep being worn. We handle the everyday repair and alteration work that keeps your wardrobe in rotation: hems, button replacements, seam repairs, zipper fixes, and basic alterations.
We do not have tailors on-site or a fitting room, so we focus on the alterations that don't require fittings. For complex tailoring (suit reconstruction, full bridal alterations) we will refer you to a specialist we trust.
How alterations is done here.
Every alterations order at New England Dry Cleaners follows the same 4-stage process: survey, pre-treat, clean, finish, and final inspection. Almost all stages happen on-site at 20 Elm Street, North Attleboro. Same-day available Monday through Friday when dropped off by 10:00 AM.

Bring the garment
Wear it or bring it pre-marked if you already know what you want done. We will discuss what is and isn't possible before any work starts.

Quote and timing
We quote up front, no surprises. Most basic repairs are turned around in a few days; we will give you a firm ready date.

Repair
Work is done by trusted partners we have worked with for years. We handle the hand-off so you only deal with us.

Inspection
When the garment comes back, we inspect the work before you see it. If it isn't right, it goes back.
What we don't do
Honesty saves you a trip. We don't do full bridal alterations, complex suit reconstruction, or anything that requires a fitting room. If you need that level of work, we will gladly refer you to a specialist tailor we trust.
